A powerful essay! Reflecting back to my own relationships I can see my pattern clearly, but it took me a while to notice them and to acknowledge them. For long I simply ignored them, because I had „better things“ to do.
Today I’ve learned to voice my needs and I’m learning to be me, not the version that the other person needs. 🫶🏻
